Who are these students??

Today in class we were discussing oral history and how we could capture oral histories by podcasing them using a new web tool I am exploring called Cinch. All of my "cinches" are public and the class enjoyed hearing my son's cinches. You can listen to my other cinches from home (since the site it blocked at school) by clicking here.  Be sure to leave your comments here once you have listening to some of my cinches with your thoughts and which cinch you listened to!

Ok, so we have returned for our first virtual field trip! What did you think of it? What did you learn?

Many of you have asked me about using Glogster. I will be giving out your usernames and passwords today so you can use Glogster at home. There are TWO Glogster sites...one is regular, which many of you have already seen and the other is for education, where you have an account I already created for you and that you will be able to use from school once the school computers have been updated. Please use school Glogster site and not the regular one as we will not be able to see what you make on the regular Glogster at school. Here is the link for school Glogster.

Ms. Matheson and I have learned a neat new math tool called Planet Turtle. You can try it out here.  Please leave comments on this blog about what you thought about it.
